Formerly trading as Alfred Scales, the business became part of the Austin’s Family in 1997. The arrangement office moved from Church Street to Millbridge in 2007 before relocating to St Andrew Street in 2023.
When you visit our Hertford office, you will be welcomed by Sharon Garbutt, our experienced funeral arranger. In the comfort of our private arrangement room, you will be able to discuss your wishes for the funeral service of your loved one.
Our Chapel of Rest is also available for you to visit your loved one, prior to the funeral service.
